Mike Rehtorik once referred to his conversations with Essary as "damage control." If you can put out a fire before it burns too many people, then maybe you can salvage what's left. I believe Essary is attempting to use INTIMIDATION to control the damage he perceives the recent revelation of his association with Ken Babcock to have caused. You're absolutely right, Harvey, it makes no sense except that Essary apparently thinks if he can break up the "gang" of individuals who still want answers/convictions, it will all go away. I can count on my fingers and toes the players involved in the current dialogue about GIFS. I'm sure he believes we are the only ones who give a damn about what happened and if he can shut us up, then nothing will ever transpire. I am about to launch a new website which will serve as a shareholders'database. To access it, you must prove (to me, the webmaster) that you own shares with GIFS or IMXS. This will serve as an archive for all the threats, rumors, innuendos, etc. as well as the facts. Too it will feature some never-before--seen by the average investor document which should prove very interesting reading. I have local access to the courts, here and have found several interesting items. There has been so much said and so much done, and so many inter-relationships between so many people, that I feel this is the only way we can sort through and find the FACTS. And by sifting through the bits and pieces we collect, perhaps we can develop a chronological report, or "time line" as to how the entire scam unfolded. Too, I am also making arrangements to have the video tape prepared for the GIFS presentation at the IRI copied along with the infamous conference call Mohamed had. I am also copying the documents from GIFS: Form 10, Investors Package, etc. and making all of these available to anyone for their reference--at my cost. Both these and the website are non-profit endeavors; they are means to inform the shareholders. BTW the website will be faster and easier to access and will include the old GIFS-INC.COM web pages as they existed when the site was shut down. I haven't yet decided if I will keep my current website, personal.cha.bellsouth.net or if I will merge it into the new one. I can tell you the URL will be a new one. The present site is just too slow. Ken Todd

I agree, Harvey, and was personally offended by Gayle's offensive language in several emails he sent to me, and us, today, on Sunday. I'm not an especially religious person, and my language is not always perfect, but I certainly attempt to write professionally and as an adult, esp on the internet. He's obviously upset, since he "did nothing wrong". But by the same token, I'm upset too, and all I did wrong was listen to him hype and promote GIFS, while demeaning any negative comments trickling over from SI. As journalism goes, his was mighty slanted and biased. For all shareholders, when I first received the information this weekend on Kenneth Babcock's (who provides the software used by me as the SAC moderator) association with Gayle Essary, my reaction was to immediately resign as moderator. After some discussion and thought, I now intend to talk with my ISP about implementing my own software, where I can be sure any communications to shareholders will go out. I don't know if there has been prior censorship, but do know that on at least one occasion one shareholder on the list did not receive my posts (and he is a vocal and frequent poster on this issue, so very public). And I was most intrigued by Gayle's explanation of Trafalmodore, sorry it wasn't included in Ken's repost of one of the emails. Ken, how about posting that for the benefit of all, they deserve to know what planet Gayle claims to be from, after all. And the "passion-less" quality we can expect from a native of that system!! tom worley
