Name change Flying Disc Entertainment Inc FDCD Shares issued 17,789,218 Mar 19 close $0.62 Fri 20 Mar 98 News Release An anonymous director reports The company has changed its name to Software Gaming and is now trading under the symbol SGMS. The Canadian Dealing Network has assigned a new trading symbol SGMS to the company. The shares will begin trading on March 23 1998. (c) Copyright 1998 Canjex Publishing Ltd. canada-stockwatch.com If I have a stock symbol posted on Stockwatch (realtime)I and others get these NR's sent automatically via e-mail... I am of the belief that the 10:36 PST, FDCD News Release as posted by Stockwatch was altered after the market closed and prior to the paid advertisement that FDCD sent out around... 5:23 EST... I pay Stockwatch almost 1200/year and expect from them, a reliable news release service, as I, and I'm sure other paid subscribers make investment decisions based on those News Releases and their timely release... I for one will be lodging a complaint to John Woods via telephone, first thing in the morning... If, I had seen the NR at 10:36 PST or 1:36 EST... I wouldn't have been making the comments that I did late Friday afternoon and I would have loaded up with more than I did 10:37:30 a.m. PST, or 1:37:30 EST... I am also quite sure that the stock wouldn't have acted the way it did Friday afternoon, if the NR had of come out in its entirety... ...ed
