Keith, the letter I received from Green Line says I have until 11:30 am (Toronto time), March 27 to provide them with my instructions concerning the rights. I'm hoping that the price rises over $.35 for STF early this week, so I do not have to decide on whether to exercise the rights or not.
I'm not sure if the warrants that will be attached will have any value. I'm thinking that if the price is over $.32 I will exercise. Anyone else with any thoughts or ideas on what they may do. If they release good results after the land sale where will the stock prices go ? I think $.35 will seem cheap if they do.

Hi Keith,

There are probably a number of shareholders who got in at prices significantly lower then current prices.Even after exercising at .70 their average in would be considerably less then .60. Again I would like to bring your attention to the placement last summer, 5 million shares cost $1.55 million, now worth $3,000,000. Who ever holds these shares is not going to walk away from $3,000,000.Those rights will buy another 500,000 shares for $350,000. Not to mention warrants with a tax benefit.
