Knight,
A little clarification please. Did you take that release to mean that naxos will be traded electronically as of 4/1/98?That was how it appeared to me. If so, that would be very good news indeed!

Thanks,
Mark

knight,

I take it as moderately good news. This is a result of the initiative by NASDAQ to weed out companies with suspect accounting. So Naxos making this list means that all their regulatory reporting is in order. So no fraud (at least of the accounting nature <g>). It doesn't say anything about whether there is gold or not.

I also am not sure if this means whether we will trade electronically. I don't believe we will until the issue with Alberta is resolved. Not to be legalistic about the issue but the reports says they will be permitted. It does not say it is automatic. I believe Naxos must still apply for electronic trading and they are reluctant to do so until the Alberta Commission has been dealt with.

So as I said, moderately good news. Nothing to jump up and down over but worth a smile. It would have been bigger and worse news if we had been excluded.
