James, It is a serious crime here to agree with Emile but I have understood for a long time that we are all grafted into the vine, Jesus. Jesus is Jewish so we all are Jewish. We are jews who are jews inwardly as Paul stated, in the spirit. What are the "jewish" people who are not born again? They are dead in there sins, that's what. The label of being jewish will not help them at all, no more than any gentile. Those labels are unimportant. There are saved and unsaved, nothing else. The "body of christ" is the nation that belongs to God and that is what matters. The purpose of the nation of Israel in these last days is for God to decide which He already has. It's just for us to find out as His plans unfold and our understanding increases. The wheat and tares grow together until they are separated. That will happen at the end of the great tribulation during the time of the mark of the beast. When this is completed the body of Christ will be taken up in the twinkling of an eye and the tares will be thrown into the wine press of the wrath of God. Then the wrath of God will be poured out on mankind. We, the church, will suffer tribulation but we are not appointed to wrath. Bob
