Mike,

I don't think they have any current information for us....yet. They did announce sales and backlog in a press release a while back....nothing that would let you figure anything out. They do know that many folks are looking for them.

BANY is taking the steps to become a full reporting company. The financial work has been done by the accountants.....and are now putting it together. BANY PR said that the numbers would be released very soon, while the peer review process for becoming a reporting company rolls on. I think the day that BANY can declare themselves a full blown reporting company will be sometime in the late Spring or early Summer.

How much stock Sitra recieves for his services is not known to me....but can be asked. I believe he may be earning it right about now. I talked to him a few days ago....he said he was getting a bunch of BANY calls and sending out a bunch of stuff. Nice to see people doing DD.

bg

ps. Anyone live in the Denver area? Good time for a visit.

I do not know if Scott gets any shares for his work, but, I do know he buys them on the open market. There were a number of times when I talked to him that he told me he bought some shares that day on the open market. I don't know if this means he doesn't also get some from the company. I know also, that he used his own shares to pay for the radio spots they had in January.

Rob.
