I checked with my broker and this is what he told me:

1. A shell acquired the company and was already registered so of course they did not have to file 15c2-11.

2. The company has enough money to meet current needs but is seeking financing of up to $10 million for expansion. They want to add more staff to produce up to 18 more objects this year.

3. Initial investors put in almost $2 million to fund the company. Some of the stock went to them. But the float is about 4 million and some of that is restricted.

They sure have taken off though. Unbelievable volume today. Where's it heading?
