Pancho,
BFIT continues to hit new highs. The market is ignoring the financial information and this is the reason why. Peter Lynch is writing books and articles teaching investors to "buy what you know". Peter says to count the cars in the parking lot and watch the cash register line.
BEFIT locations are full of potential investors as customers of their services. They arrive at the gym and have to wait to use equipment and think this is a great investment opportunity because it fits Peter's profile. They don't check the financials, they don't check 13d's, they don't check for lawsuits, they don't read "Rogers Short Picks" . They just place an order for the stock because Peter Lynch taught them how to do dilligence by visiting the company and counting people at the facility. The price keeps rising which prompts them to buy more stock so the price continues to rise.
Don't short Peter Lynch favorites.
