Camron, I share your concern that this thread doesn't deteriorate into a random jumble of superficial comments (which is probably what this present post is !), but do feel that we should properly try and understand the merits of the court case and then hopefully lay the whole thing to rest ! I personally believe that the recent earnings revision for the new year is far more interesting, and hasn't yet been given due consideration. It could be more than a little worrying if it does not take into account the Symbios integration - it would signal a significant decline in ADPT profitability. $22 is a forward PER of just 17. Mark
