David,

With oil prices firming, a lot of money that has been sidelined will likely be looking for opportunities to get into drilling and oilfield services companies. The relative attractiveness of this sector compared with others has just gone way up. I think any profit-taking is likely to be met with buying as more money gets redeployed. Between now and the end of the month, I think more funds will want to be showing oil-related stocks in their portfolio.
