Ahmad, This proves ADPT management is on the ball, they see overvaluation and take the correct action, So What! If you would like the names of some companies where the management is totally inept than I'll gladly supply you with a list. It seems that your want saints working as managers and you want them to be to stupid to see opportunity even if they might personally benefit.

I really do not understand this desire to blame someone else for your mistakes, take your tax right off and move on with your life.

Ahmad, I really do not understand the outcome you seek from the suit. Usually when I hold shares in a company it is because I like what management has done and its track record. I would flee a company's stock if management was replaced by unknown entities. Why are you still holding this stock if you seek to unseat management? Do you think that a new set of managers can do a better job? Can they buy a Symbios at a lower price? Can they maintain leadership position in more than 50% of the market segments they operate in?
