Mr. Jens,

Your multiple of 15 is off target. Industry standard is generally about 20, but since this sector is hot, the multiple is currently at 25-35 (or post merger $9.00 - $12.60 per share).

Mr. Jens Tingleff, If the MM's are willing to buy shares at the current ask, that is a VERY good sign in my opinion. That would indicate to me that no one is selling to them at the current bid and they want shares bad enough that they are willing to pay more for them.

In my opinion, it would indicate that the MMs think the price is going up !!!

Hi Jens! I agree! But the general trend remains the same. The time/sales charts just show the trades and there is no way to be absolutely certain of which direction each and every trade goes.

But if the MMs accept your sell at the Ask price, I would tend to look at that as a favorable sign of strength at that price. If the price was weak, they would simply wait for someone else's shares at a lower price.

But your point is well taken. No method (that I know of) is "water-proof."

Best wishes,
Brad
