The Wall Street Journal reported of the phone calls, harrassment, etc. by shortsellers. Read the article yourself. I certainly do not wish anyone to misunderstand it, or what it says.

This part is not in the WSJ. It is, none the less, a fact. Dan Loeb specifically has been calling professional and personal contacts of ACRT and trying to milk out all the dirt he can. His calls are remembered, and are frequently logged by operators as a matter of course. There is an ample record of his calls, and what he requested and was given. Within 24 to 48 hours, pink would reveal a "new revelation" - a twisted, untrue version of what Dan Loeb had gotten for him just a day or 2 before.
You want to take the time to play ameteur detective, check it out. I've been doing it for a while.
The easy part about it all is that Dan Loeb is such an arrogant jackass, everybody remembers him when he calls.
He made it easy. And pink was too dumb to realize how easy it would be to tie the two together. I could care less who pink is, he's just a dumb hired mouth paid to write what he is told to.
The problem is, there has been an obvious conspiracy to drive down the price of ACRT by lies, slander and personal attacks.
Now it's on the front page of the investing section of the Wall Street Journal. Kind of hard to pretend it's not happening, now, isn't it?
