Every organization must and should have the problem fixed by year 2000. Year 2000 is not far away and not many people with expertise in this area. Companies like TAVA and others will come to the rescue!!!

It was pointed to me that my post was not clear. The initial
pilot = a small scale inventory and assessment, like coke for example.
After that is complete, then move into hopefully a full scale
inventory and assessment for entire company. I apologize for any
ambiguities.
