Jocko, the SB-2 filing tells you everything you ever wanted to know and a thousand things you didn't. I don't remember reading a filing that lengthy before, the lawyers must have worked for the FBI at one time. You're right when said that every past transaction has been explored and verified, there is absolutely nothing that could have been left out.

Before the company entered this mandatory quite period I believe they told me they need about 500 more patients to get the 100 cases that were needed to finish the trials. ( it's about a 5 to 1 ratio they were getting )

It is really tough to get the facts on the short position because the market makers borrow the stock directly from DTC and do not have to report it in any form that you can get your hands on. If you can get Times & Sales from a broker you can see these bizarre block trades that occur under the market all the time even though the general public is buying.I have tried to figure it out before and I would say that you're probably correct at somewhere between 5 - 8 million shares short, about 14% to 22% of the total shares outstanding and about 31% to 50% of the float. At 50 % of the float any announcement of FDA approval or sales creates that ticking time bomb to the upside I mentioned before.
