<<<Any conclusion that ERGB is not profitable is simply not true. >>>

Unless you believe the street....

<<<In order for a significant downward departure, I would have to see the Company begin to lose momentum in sales and/or gross margins in the next year or two.>>>

In fact, the downward departure from $15 to $3 is not a significant downward departure. Hang on to your stock for a couple of years to see if you actually get hit with a downward departure. Up till now, you've only lost a bit of your investment.

<<<I would expect to see operating expenses come down over the next year as a percentage of sales. >>>

You also expected the price to climb from $15 to $30. Well, you were close. Only off by a factor of 10.

<<<I discount very heavily the lawsuit involving Neutral having any long-term effect on ERGB.>>>

Except you're the same one that said that this would go away right away because they have no claim. After talking to folks, I know for a fact that they have a claim and ERGB will be worthless once the case is settled. That is why all your shareholders are selling ERGB stock, right? I mean, why would anyone sell stock for $3 when the <<<BodyBilt portion of the business at in excess of a minimum of $8.00 per share. >>>

So let's see, either the entire world is wrong, or the folks being compensated by ERGB to hype their stock on the internet are wrong. Hmm? This is a toughy!

It's amazing. I don't have a position in this stock, but I am so disgusted by hypsters, I find the need to spend my time letting people know this company and those that support it on the internet are a scam.

Hey Ernie, you have time for lunch?

Thanks again for the reply, Scott.

FWIW, someone just laid down $1 million and bought a hefty block of ERGB.
