Is this a fact? Isn't there two sides to every transaction? A buyer and a seller aren't the buyers now fellow shareholders..albeit at a lower price?

the question is who is selling shares and why? I believe that the reasons could be:

* Forced sales due to financial hardship or other oppotunities for investment.

I do not think this company is worthless.....The suit with NTRL is "old" news and in fact NTRL basically signed away all claims to ERGB some time ago.....

The selling is nearly over and the stock will recover.
