I know that receiving some signed contracts, a small float, and a hot sector will shoot this baby up, but what financial facts do we have that can help us better evaluate the share price. for exmaple, the last comment about the share buy-back program was very astute. often times, these programs are announced to bolster the price and often times the program is ended quickly as -management feels that the stock is reasonably valued- what does Mr. Chin and his company think is a fair price for DGIV? if it is $9/share as i read in an article, why would he buy so little as in the case last week. 50,000 at some odd cents does not seem like a strong committment...was that the first buy of the program?

Other quesitons include, how much debt does DGIV have and how do their cash flows look. Are they in a position to make acquisitions, or will they need to raise more cash...will they use debt/equity or some combination? How much is their cost of capital? for smaller firms like this, financing almost always becomes a critical barrier to long-term survival and success.

I think watching market makers, IBD, charts, etc. are great, but there are fundamental financial issues surrounding each business that help determine the probability of future success...does anyone have any information regarding these questions?

well, i am new to this thread and a new investor in dgiv (also my first penny stock which i bought in at 66-cents and at $1.125). now, i am just hanging out in Lima, Peru working as a management consultant waiting to strike oil, or should i say gold...got suck...so make it platinum.

After reading all of your comments, I do have one big question. who the hell is Jane?

Skeptical, but always willing to dump some cash in some small, unknown firm

byron: thanks for the d.d. hope this guys are on the up. I like these guys a lot,(been in at .34 and.23) however, do you know what the total number that has been bought back and at what level they will stop buying? i see about 50k repurchased, this is nothing, i bought that myself. unfortunately companies often say they are commencing a repurchase plan but rarely follow through to completion. i hope these guys do.
on another subject i see you are an m.d. if you have a chance take a look at HMSC. tell me what you think from a medical stand point. I know the management they are honest and winners, i just dont know if the product is. HMSC could be a real home run if the device is substantial.
thanks for the time.
