rdww: Everyone who has met Dave Webb has come away with the view that he is honest and straightforward. He has known of the situation in the news release since late February according to the wording of the news release, and all through March has continued to make statements on this newsgroup that the Bumbat Mill will re-open on schedule at the end of this month. If he should now turn around and contradict that position, his credibility would be shot -- and MGR would be a worthless stock. But I definitely agree with you that this should have all been settled long ago before the Mill was ever undertaken. Phil
