well it says in the release that it will not operate until they settle - and since they haven't been able to settle in a year - how are they gonna do it in two weeks and get the partner to pay up as well? MGR put out feelers to the Mongolian gov't last yr regarding what to do w/ the JV partner. This is not gonna settle fast and whose gonna rush in and buy the 51% stake of a closed mine w/ Au at these prices and MGR showing to date that they can't make $$? Dave's not the only clown in this mess - the Bd of Directors all knew of the situation - their all responsible - Webb just happens to talk the most.
