rdww: I can only restate my earlier post. Dave Webb has been stating all through March that the re-opening was on schedule for the end of this month. According to the news release, he knew in February what he knows now. My conclusion is that MGR will re-open the Bumbat Mill at the end of this month, as Dave Webb has been stating all of March. If his position should change now, he would not have any credibility. I haven't met Dr. Webb, but his posts have been impressive and always fast in response. Those who have met him have posted favourably. The news release, as I read it, doesn't tie re-opening of the mill to the partner coming up with its share. Its share hasn't been there so far, and that hasn't been mentioned as a factor on re-opening. If it was a major factor, it would have been prominently mentioned by Dr. Webb.

Hello rdww
I'm just another wishful sucker somehow I thought our Bumbat partner was some type of government sanctioned {mongolian} establishment group and that as is sometimes the case they had to have 51 %otherwise why would we pony up all the equipment etc,,, to be in the situation we're now in is ludicrous could you enlighten us on how this came about,,,thank you...D webb would you clarify just what the 51% partner has contributed and who the benefical owners are and what is their reputation,,,,
