To all: Please reread Brad's post.

LE, show me a way to disprove Brad's reasoning, I dare you. Tell me how the stock will continue to trade based on a shell target that has no revenue.

Jin. The gauntlet is down.

Brad

It makes a difference to me what the price of the NASDAQ Co. is! Like I said before just becaus FAMH is on the NASDAQ does not mean they are automatically fairly priced to the value of the Co. It is supply and demand. If the demand is not there the price is not going to move wether the eps is 10000000.00 per share. Say the merger was finalized tomorrow and FAMH is trading @ .60. I want the Co. FAMH is merging with to be AT LEAST 4x that (2.40), not 1 5/8! With that said, I really do not think ATXI is our NASDAQ Co. I think IRA could do better than 1for4 @ 1 5/8!!

Dan

Dusty, It doesn't make any difference what the price of the NASDAQ company is

Brad, what kind of logic is that? We are giving up 4 shares for 1.. if prices hold as of today we go from .60 ($2.40 post merger) to .40 ( $1.60)

Even 3 to 1 reverse and its only $1.80 at these levels.

So now what?
