You know I just 30 minutes reading all this mess on this thread. Amazing you find a stock with potential and of course since an OTC the stock has skeletons in the closet. However I find it amazing that everytime a stock gets interest and is being accumulated the new found "stock savior" to save us all from a horrible mistake. No offense have not found ONE stock savior that was accurate. Maybe it is me ... I dunno ... This always gives me a warm feeling when the float is not churning and the "doubt touters/stock savior" come on the thread. do be do be dooooo Guess time will tell. GaBard

Did K & B ever have a deal with GMTC? NO! Did K & B ever place any GMTC units in TX? NO! Why did K & B make a deal with AGTI? I would assume for the same reason that they made a deals with Fortunet, Bingo King, BTC and I heard that they made a deal with a company called Bingo Magic (not yet approved in Texas). With regard to MS, I would suggest that you call the bingo halls and ask you questions. I simply know that GMTC originally had those halls, was replaced briefly by AGTI and now GMTC is units are in place and have been there the past 6 - 8 months. I have no idea what you mean by low utilization of GMTC units. I would suggest that you order the N.305 Distributor / Manufacturer quarterly report from the Texas Lottery Commission (512-344-5000) This report is due to be filed by April 30th. You could get this report by mid May and could order the 1997 reports now. By the way I did not say that the halls I mentioned were the only ones to remove equipment. According to company issued press releases over the past two years a great number of units were placed, but where are the associated revenues if they are still in place and being used? I have never seen a group of people that say they want information, that then react so negatively when they receive it. I have not asked you to believe anything I have posted, but I have provided you a way to do your own checking, independent from me. I have never heard of doing due diligence by calling the company and then accepting everything as gospel. If this was so, then you should all be wealthy, based on previous information put forth from AGTI. The 1997 10K should be out by the end of the month, I think this would be interesting reading. tgs59
