Given Furlong's reputation and level of involvement(non existent recently) I think the only pressure exerted by management changes is a slight upwards pressure.
Not all mgmt changes are taken as a negative, even in the short term...

Richard: I wouldn't be surprised if IPM's gaining ownership of Black Rock is tied to the delisting. I believe companies have to show a certain asset value in order to remain listed on various exchanges. Previously, IPM showed a big debt, rather than an asset for Black Rock. Now they can show they have an asset.
