Larry

Excellent point. To stay listed on the NASDAQ Small Cap a company must have a minimum $1.00 bid price PLUS a market cap of $35,000,000 OR net income of $500,000 OR tangible assets of $2,000,000. This property purchase combined with the MGGold and Namibian Copper shares takes care of the tangible assets. Now, what about that bid price?

Larry, at this point what asset can they show? They have temporary mineral rights to Black Rock. Is there enough information to assign a value to those mineral rights?

Larry, I think that it was just a way to avoid mutual assured destruction. As a thall, a meteor will hit you tomorrow comment, something out of thin air: Could Phoenix have had something to do with the change in management?

Richard: I wouldn't be surprised if IPM's gaining ownership of Black Rock is tied to the delisting. I believe companies have to show a certain asset value in order to remain listed on various exchanges. Previously, IPM showed a big debt, rather than an asset for Black Rock. Now they can show they have an asset.

Isn't there also a $1+/share listing requirement now? A nice 4:1 reverse split would take it back to $2.
