That is correct but the article states this: This year, he has sold an additional 639,300 shares and fellow executive Thomas Russell has sold nearly 180,000 shares. anyone seen a form 4? Seth

Rick, nice summary of the 144's. I've tried to explain this to them, but some on this thread may want to mask that information for some reason. I've pointed out the CEO's sales. I've pointed out the CFO's proposed, large selling. All I've gotten was scorn. However, I'm used to these types of reactions by threads that don't like what I'm pointing out. It seems my vindication is beginning, but I think it will be much more full come June 30, 1998. FTEL: $ 3.56b $ 3.63a VALUESPEC
