POG is tracking the oil market. If the market gets the sense that OPEC is not going to stick to this supply curtailment then oil will head back down. OPECs ability to stick to its agreements is not very good. Add to this that we have been hearing comments from the UN personnel in Iraq that the Iraqis are actually playing it straight this time. If Iraq complies that will add the specter of even more supply coming on eventually. Frankly the oil market outlook is mediocre until economic activity in Asia and to a lesser extent Europe starts bubbling again. One locomotive doesn't burn enough oil to keep prices up.

Mark, Am I understanding this correctly that Naxos will AUTOMATICALLY begin trading electronically on April 1? If that is the case, it makes plenty of sense why Naxos has been putting things into high gear for the last few weeks. All of that exposure and volume will be of great value if, by then, Naxos were to continue building up a body of assay results that begin to paint a better picture of what is in the ground at FL. And as long as that testing is well accepted industry standard (SFA), the testing will be taken much more seriously.

The ideal case would be to finish off the rest of the BD holes with testing from both Ledoux and CMRI and have the new drill program poised to begin.

But lets wait and see.

Regards,

Tom F.
