>>Glad to see you can be wrong occasionally<< On timing the market, I'm a good contrarian indicator. Even Quantum went up this morning. You may be right about "big money" coming in. There is a logic out there that operates in a new dimension. Maybe Steven Hawking can help, if he can find a "theory of everything" to explain all phenomena (NYT today). Maybe even the "Quantum theory" would help. :]]

As for the start of a trend, I'm not convinced. There appears to be a tech rebound today in the works. Could be short lived.

Chris, I'm with Starowl. My experiences today are the opposite of
last Thursday/Friday - my small caps are all down and the big techs
on my watch list are all up strongly. Volume isn't dramatic though,
with a few exceptions. A couple of market articles I've read today
talk about "fund managers putting money to work before the month's
end". QNTM is up strongly so far. Even APM is up ! :) I'm not sure
that there's any logic here, and am afraid the various earnings results
next month could still burst a few bubbles. For now however, the
bulls have it ! Perhaps I might break the habit of a lifetime and
short DELL on Friday....... Nah, just kidding !
