Roger - One Time Event?

Maybe you can help me clear up a question on the licensing agreement. The only press that I can find on the Microsoft deal refers to the deal as a licensing agreement and NOT a sale. I was under the impression that Citrix sold Multi-Win for $75M and upto an additional $100M based on future sales, but now I can't find any reference to the "sale". The articles that I have read talk about royalty payments for sales of 4.0 and 5.0 only. Do you think that for 6.0 and greater that Microsoft will have to enter into a new round of negotiations with Citrix? Or does Microsoft actually own Multi-Win now? I have read all of the documents on Citrix's investor page on their web site and they don't answer this question.

Thanks in advance
