Ahmad - Not to belittle the workforce in any way, but the company IS the management ! As Zeev has said, whilst you might wish to depose them for what they have done personally, you would also be removing from the company the main thing that has made it a success previously. Furthermore, in my experience it is usually just one or two officers who make the real difference. I doubt if you deposed these people that you would find replacements who were as good, and even if you could they would probably take the best part of two years to get fully up to speed and create the success that we all desire.
