Rosemary, People seem to forget that DIIG took over the IBM Multek site in Austin recently- DIIG itself in its SEC 10-K released last week describes the site roughly as a "high-volume" printed circuit board facility" more or less.

Cash flow from that operation will only begin to show up in DIIG's bottom line shortly....

Also people forget that just before HDCO took over CCIR, CCIR itself made an acquisition of a high quality design and engineering firm.... So HDCO actually got two companies for the price of one, and then throw in the Zirkon acquisition from 1997 too. For Zirkon HDCO paid stock- so HDCO must have considered its shares fairly priced. For CCIR HDCO paid cash- so they might have considered their shares undervalued last month....

Sincerely,

Doug F.
