It is possible you may have filled a GTC order, buy luck or the trade came from another exchange which had yet to update or change the opening bid. Most likely somebody failed to cancel a sell order and you got the benifet. Most sell and buy at the market price, but stop orders etc. although they normally benifet the investor by locking in at a certain price can lead to what you recieved a deal at an investor's expense.

Fred-- I can't explain it. I was going to put in a buy for 30000 at 4 but
couldn't get into my broker. When I checked the net, I saw it trading at 10 cents so I didn't bother. I couldn't understand who would pay 10 cents for the stock. I can only conclude that when you're dealing with a penny stock like this, it's the wild west. I think you got your stock at a great price.
