datatechnology.com . Photonics and DTC DATA TECHNOLOGIES, these two companies were merged in March 96. Most Stock tickers have not changed Photonics' ticker, it was PHTX but now PHOX, accordingly, news and other important information was either not posted or ignored. Well these tickers you should not ignor. DTEC and PHOX are one and the same, and their stock is the same, read the below information: Now listen carefully, has anyone heard of a company by the name of DTC Data Technology? Maybe some of you old timers have since they have been in business since 79. Well I've kinda half kept an eye on it(DTC) and they purchased a company by the name of Photonics Corp. last March 96. Now since that time the two merged companies have been releasing information under Photonics (PHOX)NASD BB and although DTC DATA TECH is still trading(maybe once every 2 months)under the NASD BB symbol DTEC they release the name of the DTC DATA TECH but not it's ticker, hence unless you knew there was public stock under DTEC chances are you wouldn't even consider it. Photonics (phox) has been filing edgar reports and releasing news concerning DTC DATA, but has omitted it's ticker symbol because they are currently d.b.a.(doing business as) Photonics(PHOX). The DTEC stock is selling for .07, PHOX .375, the difference between the stock? According to the CFO, nothing, except the merger process of the stock hasn't occured as quickley as planned, mainly due to one corp. being a delaware and the other a california, and "we would rather be spending money on the companies emerging products right now, then on Attorneys" they will be joined (the stocks) by summer, then they will assume the DTC DATA name instead of using the Photonics. All this information is available under Photonics Corp. filings with the SEC, So check them out because according to the CFO, things are boomin, and when questioned about the trading of DTEC stock it was explained the stock of the two companies is equal(or will be shortly, once joined) Right now however DTEC common may be purchased at a huge discount to PHOX. How can one lose? In addition this company is actually making a move, it reported a profit the last quarter!
