thanks for continued diligence in setting the record on the recent flurry of negative posts. your work is greatly appreciated. appears that margin selling is adding to the pressure here as margin calls nedd to be met by 3:00 p.m. short interest should be out by friday, am looking for a huge increase and pressure on the upside. heard a rumor that fierro may have been suspended. have a search going on as we speak if i can find anything in the legal files or newspapers i will report it here

David,

Thanks for setting the record straight regarding the GigaMux testing at NASA. Well, another one bites the dusts! is all I can say to this market mover guy intent on spreading false rumors.

I hope you will find similarly positive feed back form Brooks as well.

David P. (and other FIBR longs)

I gave you the names and numbers of the heads of the labs, so you (a die-hard FIBR long) could cross-examine my testimony. Instead, you found other people who you claim were involved with the testing who didnt explicitly contradict FIBR management and you ask "why would FIBR make a false statement?"

So it is not I who have been been "peddling mystery." The question is why are you giving FIBR management the benefit of any doubt. Given their abysmal track record, which includes shareholder fraud charges, restated financials, stock manipulation charges, huge earnings disappointments, massive insider selling, etc., no one on Wall Street will ever give these guys another chance -- ever.

I have put over $1 million where my mouth is . . . and my mouth is saying:

Chance of Gigamux or Net Arm sales in 1998 -- 1%
Chance of massive shareholder lawsuit in 1998 -- 99%

THANK YOU...

David:

Thank you for confirming what I stated on my site, namely that OSICOM had the GigaMUX ready for sale in 1997.

It is important for people to know for the record sakes.
