Matty, I'll bet you a 100 shares that the audited financials will be out within the prescribed--I repeat--prescribed time period.

To All: (If you don't like commentaries skip this one)

First let me say that I am long on NETZ and not just with beer drinking money, some smokin' change too. I have dug and picked and pondered myself through every day of this venture. The conclusion that I have come to, and also the conclusion that quite possibly 75% of the holders of this stock have relagated themselves to (if they will admit it to themselves)is this. Regardless of when the financials come out (everyone has their own tolerance and degree of patience of course) we will still be long on NETZ. We have weighed this situation and though it does come up wanting in certain areas, have found it worth our time and money.

You state that we should not stand for being put off when it comes to the financials. If you think that any company, NETZ or any company, is going to allow a few share holders to dictate to them when and how to conduct business, well, you know they're not. I say a few shareholders because I do agree with Jon Tara that this is not the market, only a minority. I e-mail the company everyday asking questions, sometimes I get answers and sometimes I don't. I and others have grown to accept this as part of being long on the stock.

You may call us gullible and so be it. We just have a different risk/reward tolerance than you do. We are in at the ground floor and stand to make a considerable amount of money if and when this stock takes off. We also know that as with any stock, #@!* happens. We hope it doesn't. We're almost positive it won't. And therefore we have set our minds to stay the course.

We have also thought that maybe this stock is being delayed from its destiny by someone in an effort to hoard shares at a low price, ie waiting out the few that will get fed up and sell (I got fed up with 5 other stocks today and sold them). Such tactics would of course be highly and flagrantly illegal but, nonetheless it has crossed our minds.

It has also crossed our minds that the financials may be delayed due to the many acquisitions that took place last year and the fact that it is very hard to sort it all out.

What it all comes down to is what I mentioned earlier about risk versus reward and the standards that an individual has set for their position in this stock.

No matter where you are there will be risks, some just stand out more than others. Some people fear flying, not understanding that statistically they are 400% more likely to be involved in an accident driving to the airport than after they get on the airplane. I am a commercially certificated pilot and though I try, find that it is impossible to convince people of this once they have their minds set. We longs are those people only we fear getting out of NETZ.

If you see an accident along the road you just drive on by. However, if you see an airplane crash you will probably see it again on the national news when you get home.

All in all it comes down to how you perceive things. I can look over some of the flaws that this company has because I perceive it as a young company with extreme flying potential. If you told me that Pat Hayton had just been named CEO, I would rationalize that we could remain airborne on one engine and still arrive safely at our destination.

You on the other hand perceive it as dangerous and don't want to get onboard until you are given a parachute and a guarantee that it is not going to crash. This is not going to happen. We may suck a duck into the engine on take-off and never get off the ground. There are no guarantees. If you were given the parachute and got on board it wouldn't be long until you started wondering if there really was a parachute or if the pack was full of paper mache. After seeing the parachute, you would start to wonder if had holes in it or a flaw in the material, etc., etc., etc.

If all of the past problems were satisfied tonight, there would be new doubts in the morning. Its an ongoing situation that each of us must decide which side we will take.

Is the glass half full or half empty?

Personally I appreciate everyone's input, good and bad. It gives me a new perspective and way of looking at my investment. There may be a development that someone brings to my attention that will make even me change my mind (a wing falling off). Until then, I will remain steadfast and at times appear overly enthusiastic on NETZ just as others will be "underly" enthusiastic.

In the end will any of us have made a difference? Absolutely. In some way, no matter how small it may be, we will have all contributed to the outcome of this board if not the outcome of NETZ itself. Maybe this little rambling of the mind that I am sharing tonight will cause someone to buy or sell. If they sell I may average down. If they buy the price may increase.

Keep up the digging and dd. Go ahead and be overly enthusiastic or less than enthusiastic. But, please for everyone's sake, base it on fact.

Whew, that is almost as much as I wrote for my dissertation.

Thank you one and all for listening to my point of view.
