Yes but Mark do you think this will weigh in as a factor in the suit? The fact is, after the Illustra sale, Phil was in charge, not the Illustra people.

The other stuff in your post I agree with.

PS Something about this Illustra situation is disheartening, I agree with Addi. Its different than shareholders losing value. There was a genuine ambition in the Illustra product/people that you dont see as much of anymore in the industry, and I would have liked to see them do well for their efforts.

No, it was Informix's incompetent marketing that drove this.
