Hi David! In response to your thoughts...

I don't think that you have to go offshore to do a short.

This is true...but it is not wise for a registered stock holder to short against their own company and allow the public to have access to that. That is why most of that is done offshore. I'm sure you must agree with that.

As far as calling for certificates, it is my right as a shareholder to protect my investment and have my shares in certificate form. If by calling for my certificates it causes problems for some, than so be it.

I agree 100%! In fact, I am considering calling for mine. I just need some verification from the transfer agent, that there is only 7.5 million shares total outstanding, including the 1.5 million that is to be released in cert form in about a month. This is what Scott Sitra has said and at this time I have no reason to doubt it other than my own feelings of caution. I've been taken to the cleaners by liars and cheats and have learned that doubt is a stockholders best friend at times.

When I started buying last year, I watched the stock move down for no apparent reason.

Flat sales will attract the shorts every time! Let's hope that BANY is producing like they say they are.

When the buy spike hit last week, I am sure everyone saw what happened when the stock broke out over .18. There is no stock available in some hands.

I agree that there is some kind of drastic action being taken by some of the MM's at this time. Is it a pinch from a short squeeze in the making. I hope so. But I'm not betting the farm on a short squeeze...it takes an early riser to catch a market maker with his pants down. Those guys eat rusty nails for breakfast!

I do own BANY stock and will buy more if the answers some about to some key questions...or if the stock starts to run...which ever comes first. <grin>
