That's right PartyTime! Tom Burgess provided honest and best information that he could. It's not usual that V.P.s would spend their time interacting with the investors.

In fact, I would expect that we will not get Q&As too much anymore, as this information should come out as PRs. The Executive Suite has far too much to do, and should let an IR/PR firm interact with us. I don't think that too many people on this thread would argue with this point.

BTW -- I haven't received answers from our last batch of questions, but I suspect that they will be answered in time via PRs and audited financials.

Back-peddling. Damage control. That's what I see here.

Just a week ago, there was absolutely no doubt here that the audited financials would be available by the end of the month.

Burgess made a promise. If they aren't out by the end of the month, he's broken that promise.

The "prescribed time" is one set forth by ANOTHER company (ESVS) for their own purposes (completing a deal with NETZ). Burgess's promise had NOTHING to do with this, but with the desire of shareholders to know what is going on with the company.

Anyway, we will know in a few days whether or not Burgess has kept his promise. I suppose by then, you will have made enough rationalizations that we will all have forgotten that he ever made it.
