Cymer is not aware of any other lasers being used in production. You can read that in the CC notes here: geocities.com Lambda received about 8% of the orders Cymer did in the past quarter. Customer demand continued for our excimer laser for lithography as almost $5 million of orders were received during the quarter. biz.yahoo.com I don't know about Komatsu, but Lambda has the better laser vs. Komatsu, so make your own assumptions there.
