It is 2000 stocks in a single directory. This is helpful when reviewing charts using a single template. I then do not have to switch directories. It is just a convenience. The bigger convenience is that Reuters maintains the stocks, splits, corrections automatically. If I were to use QP 1.0 (which I used before) I had to do all the corrections splits and chores myself and that resulted in a lot of time spent maintaining data. Most of the scanning is for quick trades lasting 2 days to 1 week.

I usually wait for the market to turn before I buy puts or short. Wait till it starts to fall before.
