My next favorite after WCII would have been Intermedia (ICIX) (no wait, is that really a company :-)) and I kick myself regularly every day for not buying around 62 when Kingpin was talking about it. Of course, I'll probably still be kicking myself a month from now when it hits 120 (now at 90). After that, would probably have to go with ICGX and MCLD. All these CLECs are looking pretty pricey to me now and my trading is really taking a turn towards the conservative. Man, I sure wish we could turn the clock back to Christmas time and pick up more WinStar at 24.
