I noticed he did some time compression too. The entire decade of the 1920s was being compared to 1997 to 1998.

But we shorts can dream... Actually, I'm feeling a little un-American now. People would be jumping out of windows, and we'd be saying, "Whoo-hoo, CCI dropped another 10 points today!"

Well, it's a little chilly in my refrigerator box tonight, so I need to fire up that can of Sterno and heat up the place. I'd been hoping to drink it, to celebrate BFIT dropping 3/16 today ...

Oh, BYW, do you really believe that it's a fair comparison between today's economics with that of 1929?

Why not? I'm sure any warning signs were ignored then too. Besides, things were great in the twenties. It was the thirties that sucked.
