Starowl- Just completed a new two story 60,000 sq. ft. building, mainly office. Very nice high end finishes. Other project maybe 30,000 sq. ft. mostly labs in existing previous Komag building.

Also, a lot of tenant improvement going on at their other sites, appear to be hiring aggresively.....have been since mid 1997. I'll hang tight until I see them in the teens....don't sense an urgency to jump in now. Good luck!
