<Mr. Burditt does not control Oilex.>

That one's too funny to even warrant a response!

<Since Offie has lied here we have no reason to believe anything else he might have to say.>

I really don't care what you believe.

<The "other dirt" that Offie says he has on Oilex is not being offered because it is slanderous and Offie does not want to get sued.>

Actually, while I do not relish getting sued, I have said before that I would welcome the opportunity to be sued by the company or any individuals associated with it. You see, that would give me the opportunity to put a few people on a witness stand, under oath, in public, on the record. I think their answers to a few critical questions would be most interesting.

I will post what I know when I feel the time is right and not a moment before.

Get'm, Steve!
Any idea on how the talks are going? I would guess that if consolidation talks were going well, we could hear of the agreement in less than two weeks. Means we could be hearing something soon, don't you think?

Offie, why can't you relax and enjoy the runups in your other stocks? You've beaten this dead horse to a bloody pulp and it still won't do as you say. I hope you can find peace, dude.

Happy investing!

Rick
