Kevin, The only thing that I have heard is that the Myriad deal is scheduled to close on Thursday.

Yes, it is possible that the information could come out in Thursday's conference call. I think it is possible that we may not hear news on Myriad until Friday or Monday. If it is Thursday that would be great.

But I think we should wait and see what happens before we get everyone expecting something to happen that may or may not happen on a particular date.

Yes I am also expecting to see financials shortly. I do not know that they will be out next week. I just think it is better not to speculate when things will happen. I have learned that things are happening but we just have to wait for them to happen rather than try to second guess when they will happen.

Cheryl

Kevin,

It is my understanding that financials will be released when the merger is completed. Ira thinks this is best to be done with the merger announcement to maximize the effect. I understand (I believe) that the opening share price of the new company will be determined at the time also.

I also have spoken with a knowledgeable CFO cousin of mine. He has told me that this is a common practice (the reverse merger) which makes the process more trustworthy in my book. A colleague of mine has also gotten a similar reaction from his broker. Everything looks up but the lack of ANY numbers leaves ALL present stockholders nervous and in the dark.

IRA RELEASE AUDITED EARNINGS!! (for FAMH through 1997)

later for me, but sooner with the numbers, leroyt
