Jeffrey J, you sure do know how to amplify the subject. Is it not ironic that I posted:

Chicago gets Wired
Wired Ventures has opened a Chicago office to serve its Midwest print and online
customers. Wired Ventures Chicago, located at 325 West Huron, will house Wired
Magazine and Wired Digital. David Karnstedt, who was previously regional manager
for Softbank Interactive Marketing, has been named Midwest advertising director for
Wired Digital.

This man Colvin, shouldn't worry, should he? After all, Wired seems to be hiring former SIM employees. Admittedly, on the surface, it appears that Colvin got a beat deal in the matter. But we will have to wait--great, more waiting--for the Zulu attorney to respond to his allegations.

Meanwhile, Wired didn't skip a beat. Just out of curiosity, how many other $200,000 lawsuits have they reported about in the past?

I guess advertising really is quite a cut-throat industry.
