Exactly.. those are some of the other deals.. they have many options for revenue generating projects right now.. but the SEA EYE is what they are working on and are very excited and that we'll be getting more info/details on it soon but they wouldn't comment when... like I've said there's rumored to be alot of news out there that they will be sharing with us over the next 30days.. hopefully we'll see some news this week as so many people including myself have felt is coming.. but uncofirmed as to exactly when that will be... again should be soon... we're patient and so are alot of people judging by today's activity.. I wonder if we'll even do 1million in trading today or if there is even 1million shares out there to trade with.. hmmm .. should be interesting.. jim

Shawn - Your post brings up an interesting (at least to me) question... What is Night Hawk Entertainment? From one release (as you posted) Night Hawk is an entertainment and technology company engaged in the development of CD-ROM software products, and Internet teleconferencing products. OK - so they do Multimedia, but then... Night Hawk is commercializing four new high technology inventions, including a Personal Electrocardiogram ous testing and monitoring for heart disease, a Foot Dorsiflexion Device (FDD) which stimulates circulation and exercises leg and foot muscles, and a new scientific instrument which can provide a simple and reproducible method of examining the morphologic, physiologic and biochemical consequences of stretch-induced injuries on tissue-cultured cells of the brain or other organs. Oh - so they are a medical devices R & D company, but then... Night Hawk also has an agreement with the American Imaging Technology, Inc., to collaborate to develop a Fingerprint Image Verification System for use with bank ATM machines, employee identification, and other security uses. So that makes them, what, IDID? Still, from TNRGs latest release... Nighthawk's proposal to begin project development of the ''Sea Eye'' project. The Sea Eye project uses the neural network inversion theory and the 3D finite element method to detect moving bodies in the seas and oceans. Which makes them a defense contractor? In summary, Night Hawk Entertainment is a multimedia producing, medical device creating, finger print analyzing, defense contractor? With a name like Night Hawk Entertainment, the above description makes them sound like a shell company themselves, and one that sounds maybe just a tad overextended. With what resources to they pursue all of these directions? I would be more comfortable with a company that picks one thing and does it better than onyone else...
