2. Revenues aren't flat
3. Internet usage is growing faster than the Internet advertising market. Most large advertisers spend their money on several aggregators. Therefore, the smaller ones can show higher sell-out levels.

XCIT has more/better content, and a snazzier interface than YHOO.

NSCP's current attempt at a customized portal is almost
laughable in comparison, and they want to charge (money)
if you use it more than 30 days.
