<< I don't know when they release earnings, but a sophisticated
CFO will time any warrant redemption w/ the earnings release >>

They recently reported , on 2/17 , so this isn't likely....but then
again , I never figured on such a long period from the last
filing on 1/30 until another filing or press release. If we now
guesstimate 2-4 more weeks that makes this one of longer
periods of time I've seen between events.

The business about responding by letter instead of another
amended filing is a new twist for me as well.

You must be a smooooth operator with the phone John to get
the CFO to speculate on a time frame. I've made a few of
those calls w/o that kind of success. ("We'd rather not
speculate") Then again , within 30 days is not a whole lot
to go on since 1 week or 3 weeks could be correct and
the situation here could change quite rapidly in that amount
of time.

Anyway , thanks to all for a great discussion. I decided to
jump back on the sidelines for a bit , but there's a short in
here somewhere !!
