Hi Micheal

There is a good chance that the hydrogen source
will be processed on board derived from other
more easily accessible fuels. At least in the
short term! Methanol, Ethanol or NG(separate
distribution) can be blended and easily distributed
throughout the billions+ dollar gasoline infrastructure
already in place. JMHO To short the stock based on
doubt of the technology might be a mistake. The Ballard
Machine appears to be very well connected and without
doubt surprise us again with new strategic alliances.
I'm considered a long term value investor, so I'm just
adding my 2 cents worth. Best of luck!

Regards

WB

He is right. This technology can only be used in a hybrid config. Production of what's needed for any appreciable range is a real technological hurdle according to anything I've read. Perhaps BLDPF has invented something it hasn't told anyone about yet. That would explain the stock price!

This is only research technology. valuable, but not that valuable. You will see.

Your Physics PhD isn't keeping up with things. The interim solution is onboard steam reformation of hydrocarbon fuels. The long term solution will be carbon nanotubule storage of solar-electrolytically produced H2 gas. Both will prove to be economically competetive with gasoline, and in the long term, far cheaper when you consider we don't have to spend $40 billion bombing the piss out of Iraq every eight years.
